General Conditions
1. Class Duration
Each practical driving lesson has a duration of forty-five (45) minutes.
More than one (1) lesson may be given per appointment, not to exceed two (2) lessons per day, subject to instructor availability.
2. Vehicle and Instruction
The school will provide a dual-control vehicle for all practical lessons at no additional cost.
All lessons will be conducted exclusively by certified instructors from the school.
3. Meeting Point
The meeting point for each lesson will be determined and communicated in advance by the assigned instructor.
The student is responsible for arriving on time at the designated location.
4. Student Requirements
To participate in the lesson, the student must:
Present a valid and current driver’s license or learner’s permit, as applicable.
Wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes.
Arrive on time for the scheduled lesson.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in the lesson being considered completed and it will not be rescheduled.
5. Punctuality
Lesson time begins at the scheduled start time.
If the student arrives late, lost time will not be made up, and the lesson will end at the originally scheduled time.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or student no-shows will result in:
Forfeiture of the lesson.
A non-refundable administrative fee of $100.00.
7. No Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any lesson if the school is ready, willing, and able to provide the instruction, regardless of whether the student chooses not to attend or fails to complete the lesson.
8. Timeframe to Complete Instruction
All purchased instruction must be completed within a maximum period of sixty (60) days from the agreed start date.
9. Liability and Expectations
The student acknowledges and agrees that:
The instruction provided does not guarantee the issuance of a driver’s license.
No owner, instructor, agent, or employee of the school is authorized to promise or guarantee passing any examination or the issuance of a driver’s license.
10. Acceptance of Terms
The student’s participation in each driving lesson constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
